- Open the workspace and pick a day from the calendar.

- Set your target duration for the day.
- The assistant expands them into clean, structured time blocks.
Build reports
- Choose a date range on the reports page.
- Review the generated summary of your tracked work.
- Export to Markdown, CSV, or HTML in one click.
Create invoices
- Pick a period and set your hourly rate.
- Logmind turns tracked work into invoice line items.
- Save your billing details once and reuse them anytime.
Manage your plan
- Manual time tracking is always free.
- Upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus for higher monthly AI limits.
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings.

Frequently asked questions
Is Logmind free to use?
Yes. Manual time tracking, reports, and invoices are free forever. Paid plans only add higher monthly AI generation limits.
How does the AI assistant work?
You provide rough notes and a target duration, and the assistant expands them into structured, realistic time blocks that match your target.
Which languages are supported?
The entire interface is available in English, Russian, and Turkish. You can switch languages at any time from the header.
How is my data handled?
Your notes and work logs are private to your account. When you use AI generation, the notes you submit are processed by the configured AI provider to produce output. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Open Settings to upgrade. You can manage or cancel an active subscription at any time from the same page; billing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Can I use my own AI API key?
Yes. You can add your own OpenAI API key in Settings to use your own quota instead of the subscription limits.
How do I export my reports?
From the reports page, pick a date range and export to Markdown, CSV, or HTML with a single click.
